These Terms govern all purchases made through truemakedesigns.com from TrueMake Designs di Rossi Andrea, Via Dante, 62, 52011 Bibbiena AR, Italy, VAT IT03892870510 (the "Studio"), by any person or entity placing an order (the "Client"). By completing a purchase you accept these Terms in full.
The Studio provides digital web design services including: Runway Page, Blueprint Site, Commerce Engine, Identity Build, and Growth Care. All services are delivered digitally. No physical goods or media are sold or shipped.
Orders are placed through the website and payment completed via Stripe, Inc. at the time of order. All prices are in Euro (EUR) and listed excluding Italian IVA (22%), which is added at checkout for applicable orders. Payment must be received before project work begins.
Project work begins following receipt of payment and completion of the initial brief session. The Client is responsible for providing required content, brand assets, and access credentials in a timely manner. Delays caused by the Client do not entitle the Client to a refund or compensation.
Estimated delivery timelines are provided on service pages and in the brief confirmation. These are estimates from the date the brief session is completed and all required Client materials are received. Timelines may extend if the Client requests scope changes or delays feedback.
Each package includes a defined number of revision rounds (see service page). Revisions requested outside the included rounds, or revisions that represent a change in brief rather than a refinement, are billed at the hourly rate of €31.80/hr.
On receipt of full payment, all project-specific design deliverables become the intellectual property of the Client. The Studio retains the right to display completed work in its portfolio unless the Client requests written confidentiality. The Studio retains rights to reusable frameworks and tooling used in production.
The Studio's total liability for any claim shall not exceed the fees paid for the project in question. The Studio is not liable for indirect, consequential, or special damages including loss of revenue, loss of data, or business interruption.
These Terms are governed by Italian law. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Arezzo (Tribunale di Arezzo), Italy.
